I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. After purchasing my sandwich, the manager rudely told me to leave the restaurant, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful as a paying customer.
I was also concerned about the sanitary handling of the vegetables during food preparation. The way the ingredients were handled did not appear to meet basic cleanliness standards, which raised concerns about food safety.
Customer service and hygiene should be priorities at any restaurant. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below reasonable expectations, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store. While I was there, the owner was openly belittling employees right in front of customers. The tone was harsh, dismissive, and honestly pretty shocking to witness in a public setting. It created a tense and awkward atmosphere that made it uncomfortable to eat at
No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially at work and in front of others. It reflected very poorly on how this business is run and made me question how employees are treated when customers aren’t around.
I won’t be supporting a place that treats people this way. I’m never going back to this location after witnessing it.

Lily the girl I complained about my transaction started yelling at me when I complained about my card being charged 3X in one transaction.

I went to buy a sandwich at 9:45 PM with my kids. As soon as we walked in, it was clear the employees were already preparing to leave, even though it was still 15 minutes before closing. Their body language and expressions made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by coming in.
The service was very rushed and unwelcoming. We were pressured to hurry while ordering, and I was even charged before my sandwich was made, which made it obvious they just wanted to close and go home. Their attitude was unpleasant throughout the entire interaction.
While we were there, another customer came in and was treated very rudely, and the same behavior continued with yet another customer shortly after. The employees repeatedly exchanged looks and made faces whenever someone entered.
Overall, the service was extremely poor and made what should have been a simple visit to Subway a very uncomfortable experience, especially with my children present.
The employees were an Indian girl and a chubby medium skin tone girl with black hair.
