  Everyone here is always nice. However, today I needed help printing something and this one man was very rude like if you are an unhappy person you can be rude all day but please do not be rude when at work. Your job is costumer service. You do not have to be nice to customers but please you have to be respectful, we all deserve to be treated with respect.

  This store is amazing! I called for some help and they were so kind. I needed something printed urgently and they made it happen. It was so easy to work with UPS store and location. They’re well staffed which makes it even better.

  These people work very hard and I usually get wonderful service here. Today I witnessed unexpected rudeness by one of the employees. Repeatedly!!! Several people left upset. I really hope this gentleman has a better rest of his day and is feeling better tomorrow. If you can wait one more day you definitely should.

  Unhelpful, condescending customer support. Said the package was delivered to an address that didn't exist and said the only thing we could do was ask the driver where it was dropped off. Suspiciously, after telling us they were unable to help the package arrived with 2 stickers that both had the wrong address.
