  This is the 2nd time I have come to this store before 6pm and they have been closed. This is since the new ownership. You guys either need to change your times listed as open or stay until 6pm. I have used this UPS store for years and have never had this problem until it was under new ownership. This picture was taken at 5:42pm Now I have to wait until later this week to return my amazon products because I will be working during the week during open hours. Hopefully I am able to get off a little early one of the days. I am just hoping this is seen and the store stays open until 6pm like it always has in the past or the hours are changed so that this doesn't happen to anymore customers, especially those who depend on the business being open for the hours advertised and who already have a tight schedule.

  Finally, they changed the awful staff at this branch. The previous employees were rude and unfriendly, and they always smelled of cigarettes. The whole branch reeked of cigarettes; it was very unpleasant. I usually make deliveries and returns at this branch, so I'm very happy to feel welcome and see friendly, smiling faces. 👏🏻
