I had an extremely frustrating experience with the manager at the Greenbrae location. I filed a claim for my package, and he assured me that he would handle it and call me back. Two weeks passed with no update, so I called him, and he claimed he was “too busy with other claims” and waiting on the main UPS company to contact him. Suspicious, I reached out to UPS directly, only to find out the claim was never even initiated. It’s clear this manager is dishonest, lazy, and completely unreliable.
To make matters worse, his attitude is dismissive, and he often seems unprofessional. On multiple occasions, he reeked of marijuana or some other substance, making it hard to believe he’s in the right state of mind to run the place. The previous manager was far more reasonable and professional—this current one is a poor replacement. UPS really needs to re-evaluate who they have running this location.
