- KCkatina carter1 day ago1.0I eaited in line for someone to come and help us. There was four workers in another room chatting it up. The UPS representative arrived at the counter and stayed to help me. Next to the representative comes the manager and he takes the customer behind me. Then he tells the person who is in the middle of my transaction to stop and help another person in line. I said this is not okay. He responded she had priority. I replied that's fine, but you should finish transactions you start and then attend to priority. He stated well, that's how we do it here. To bad. I informed him that was a terrible policy and flippant response- i will drive out of my way to not use ups off the round about in grass valley. Horrible customer service.

- BFBeth FreschiMay 23, 20261.0The new location is a nightmare! It's right off the turnabout at Idaho Maryland. I can say without a doubt there have been accidents and in the parking lot as well. There were two mistakes on my recent drop offs. Going elsewhere now.
