  Stopped by Fed Ex in Nevada County, CA and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and great with the kids, creating a positive environment right away. The staff were attentive, encouraging, and clearly knew how to keep conversations both fun and structured. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a great setup for learning and practicing skills safely. Everything felt organized, and it was easy to see that they care about both the customers and the quality of instruction.

  Absolutely ridiculous there is no phone number to contact any location without going through an impossible automated system.

  Add on there two days in a row and they're closed. The hours on the door say they're open. There's a sign on the door saying they're closed because of the snow today, it did not snow today. I think some people decided to take time off between Christmas and New Year's.

  Wayne at this location is AWESOME!!! He helped me with a bunch of packages I needed to ship out and helped me set up an account and create labels! Life saver!!!! Thanks again Wayne, you rock!!!!
