  Stopped by Fed Ex in Nevada County, CA and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and great with the kids, creating a positive environment right away. The staff were attentive, encouraging, and clearly knew how to keep conversations both fun and structured. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a great setup for learning and practicing skills safely. Everything felt organized, and it was easy to see that they care about both the customers and the quality of instruction.
