  I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Wingstop location. The quality of the food was awful—the chicken wings were freezer-burned and the French fries were completely stale. On top of that, basic amenities were unavailable: the ice machine was broken and the air conditioning in the dining area was not working.

  Very disappointed with my experience at the Wingstop in Grand Terrace. The soda machine seems to never be working properly, and warm soda with my hot meal, which was very unpleasant. On top of that, the AC was not on, so it was extremely hot inside the restaurant. I understand that things can happen, but customers should be able to expect working drink machines, cold beverages, and a comfortable environment while eating. I hope management addresses these issues because it definitely affected my overall experience.

  Bro how are you going to post hours that day your open till midnight but close before 10pm... literally drove out here just find out the hard way

  Don’t usually write about fast food restaurants as everyone normally knows what to expect. But this place needs some leadership and maintenance. Starting off saying that staff needs to be re-trained on salting fries. More than a handful of times they are way over salted. There is no customer service from any of the employees as the greeting is “picking up” or they just stare at you waiting for you to say something. The final reason why this place is getting a one star is they have no ice in the machine?! This place is terrible down to the machines they have. Hope this place gets a boost and not lose any customers.
