What an unbelievably bad experience. Needed to ship something international, had the docs all I needed was a sleeve. Turned into an ordeal with an Assistant Manager mocking me for being frustrated with being told the same thing 5 times....its certainly been a minute since I have had that poor an experience anywhere. Funny enough when I was parking another group was complaining about a woman assistant manager as they were leaving....Clearly some training is in order.

Augustin is a life savor :) I came in with gigantic poster boards that needed to be in one box and this angel created one huge one with 5 smaller ones, hes a problem solver and a super fast worker, thank you so much !!!!!! Youre the best !!
