Terrible insurance broker, terrible customer service - better description would be no customer service. They don't reply to your emails or phone calls, we have had to send multiple follow ups and only maybe about 10% of the times do they then reply. We left them all together, your business is better off somewhere else than to give it to this office. Probably one of the worst/nonexistent customer service experiences our entire family has ever had.

After being clients of theirs for over years, our insurance was cancelled due to non-payment. We were unaware because we were paying the old policy and had to make the deposit for the new policy which was confusing.
No one called, left a message, emailed - I might be asking for much but I don't think so because the Agent would randomly stop by my house for no reason to chit chat.
We had our business auto insurance, Dad's home insurance & auto insurance, My home insurance, auto insurance, and life insurance for my husband and I.
The only reason I found out I did not have insurance coverage was because the company car was hit and we processed the claim, after a few weeks my claims adjuster informed me that they could no longer help me because I did not have an active policy. Fortunately there was no damage to my vehicle and we were not at fault. This is a very serious matter and after calling the office our Agent Hector, the one that would show up to my house unannounced, never called to apologize nor did the owner who I asked to speak to.
Brian was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional when he processed my claim. For 20 years I have paid my fees, and he has reaped the benefits of my patronage. Now that I actually need to use my insurance, he insults me on the phone and behaves like a child. I will be looking for a new insurance provider.
