  The box I wanted to ship wasn’t taped across the top so they wanted to charge $2 for a piece of tape. Must be newer owners because this place used to be friendly and helpful (within reason).

  We’ve worked with this UPS Store since they opened more than 25 years ago. Eric and the team are always attentive, precise, and professional. They’ve been absolutely dependable over the years. Highly recommend.

  New management is embarrassing. Charging $1.69 for an 8inch strip of packaging tape for an Amazon return is not what this business used to be about. You lost a customer of over 20 years for pennies in profit. This low class business mentality doesn't belong in areas like Gold River, especially not for a commodity service business like this one. I'll drive further where I won't be charged for every staple, receipt, and hello. Speedy Print & Ship is just on the other side of Gold River and they are getting my business since you obviously don't value it.

  The folks at this UPS Store in Gold River are absolutely awesome from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave they make you feel right at home when you walk in not just one but all employees say good morning or good afternoon and when you leave everyone says goodbye and if you need any help no matter what it is including pulling any products from your vehicle into the store they're more than happy to help you and they keep their store extremely clean it's always very nice when you walk in what an awesome group of people thanks guys and gals
