I came in to take care of a shipment and the gentleman named Ash made the whole process quick and easy a few days ago. He went into detail and explained everything very well. Really appreciated the great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!
- DMD MAug 18, 20261.0I don’t normally go to this location. Only went here because it’s by my work. Waited in line for 15mins for a simple Amazon return (I was sent a defective item and instructed to take it to UPS in the original shipping box for a UPS Store provided label). Was charged $2 for a single piece of packaging tape for them to “seal” my box, which is ridiculous LOL They’re really trying to “nickel & dime” you here, I guess. I’d avoid going to this location as the service is very slow and they will try to charge you for things that you shouldn’t be charged for. For reference: The UPS Store location I normally go to I’m in & out in 1-2mins and I’ve NEVER had to pay for tape for an Amazon return.

The UPS representative was extremely friendly, professional, patient, and helpful. They provided excellent support, answered my questions clearly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
