I’ve had a great experience working with Tibby Syed at Quality Coverage, Inc. Tibby has been professional, responsive, and very helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s nice having an insurance agent who is easy to reach and takes the time to explain things clearly. Definitely recommend Tibby Syed and the team if you’re looking for reliable service.
Horrible experience, I thought All-State would provide superior service to other insurance companies but it has without a doubt been the most greedy and substandard experience I've had. Everything is focused on selling you a policy. The service is like everywhere else but the prices are absurd. Not just that talking to workers was not helpful at all and they don't seem professional or educated at all.
I have been with allstate for about 25 years. I have never had to file a claim until recently when our neighbor caught our house on fire. There app was very hard to figure out to file a claim. Once I figured it out, I was called a lair. I submitted the fire report to show it was the neighbors fault and was still told. "Oh Allstate will probably just cut their losses and let them keep your deductible." I have gotten more help and support from my neighbors insurance company then my own. The restoration company thats one of their vendors, damaged the flooring and have yet to replace it. They would not replace many smoke damage items saying ozone treatment would take care of it. It's not EPA approved and I am a cancer patient. They gave me $2.00 an item for food. The neighbors insurance company did take responsibility for the fire. But my insurance is fighting on paying me for every little thing. Which makes no sinces They will be getting their money. When I call I get transferred, transferred and then end up with some superiors voice mail that not taking messages.Happens everytime.ALLSTATE does not care about their customers. You are not in good hands. Their hands are to busy in your pocket book. I had to give them one star.
