  My rating is for Tiffany overall but the Glendale store does need a little something more. First, we bought my daughter a Tiffany Sterling silver locket bracelet last November. The bracelet was worn on special occasions, very rarely..the clasp already broke..We took it Glendale store, $80 to repair..Tiffany only guarantees their products for 30 days from purchase..but after repair we now get one year?? Then asked for parking validation after repair cost..no validation. I have been a customer for years but quality is down, customer service just ok..They need to up their game for the prices charged..sad! BTW, no one in the store, people are figuring it out, price, quality..not matched.

  Tatyana is the best sales person. Ask for her when you need anything. She is so nice and knowledgeable! She can recommend what you need. The best service I’ve got there vs other stores. Thank you!!!!

  I was over visiting from the uk with my family. My uncle has a medical condition where he can’t speak. He wanted to buy a gift for his partner back home. Jessica went above and beyond helping us. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever witnessed. Very thankful to Tiffany’s and Jesica for that experience

  I had such an amazing time at your store in the Americana at Glendale. Your client advisor Nairi Goukasian was so wonderful. Nairi went above and beyond. She was so helpful and kind. She made my experience so special. Nairi definitely deserves to be acknowledged for all her hard work and care she gives to customers. Thank you again Nairi for making my experience shopping at your store so exceptional!

  My partner and I went in to get estimates about engagement rings (for future budgeting… soon!?) The store is organized and designed beautifully. They have such an incredible selection for all occasions. Staff are ready to help and answer all questions. We spoke to the client advisor: Briar W. He was really knowledgeable and helpful in what she was looking for. I would definitely recommend him and this iconic store. We are definitely going back to finalize the purchase.
