  There’s an employee named Justin who is such a pleasure to interact with. He’s always nice and very patient even when it’s slammed and every customer has a different need. I’ve been going to this location for a few years and he’s always up front taking care of business in the most efficient way possible. Also based on what I could see he was the only one working on Memorial Day too! Shoutout to Justin, the unsung hero!

  The employees at this UPS location are extremely unprofessional and provide horrible customer service. They act as if helping customers is a favor rather than part of their job. There is a clear lack of courtesy, communication, and basic respect for customers. This location does not reflect the level of service expected from UPS and needs significant improvement
