  The store is clean. The atmosphere is a small storefront warehouse type. Today the staff were both a white haired, male and female. Giving them credit. They were doing what they know how accordingly. If you have an Amazon return with a barcode, she explained that they have to hand. Write those and will be sent out the next day. Was it worth being closer to me than Whole Foods drop off no receipt no confirmation number just a smile and a head shake, and a promise that it would go through and be all right.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store by employee MELISSA. I arrived at approximately 2:30 PM, 30 minutes before the store’s posted 3:00 PM closing time, with about 100 prepaid packages to drop off. The employee never greeted me and was rude from the beginning. She told me I couldn’t leave the packages behind the counter because they had to be scanned first. When it was finally my turn, she then refused to scan them, saying there were too many packages and other customers were waiting. This left me with no reasonable way to complete my drop-off even though I had arrived during business hours. What was most upsetting was that she picked up one of my packages and threw it onto the pile. There is no excuse for handling a customer’s property that way. Regardless of how busy a store is, customers deserve to be treated with respect and their packages should be handled professionally. I have asked the store owner to review the security camera footage from around 2:30 PM. I hope management addresses this employee’s conduct so other customers do not have a similar experience.

  I had such a wonderful customer service experience today. The employe was extremely friendly and helpful with packing up and shipping my vacuum.

  Great service good prices professional and respectful staff and no wait time
