This UPS is awful. I had to retirn Nike shoes and they gave me a feciept but never mailed the shoes. Luckely Nike refunded me cause I had a scan reciept. But I had to call since return never arrived. They cant be trusted. Yet I went back with some simple amazon returns as amazon credits after scan. I had one extra none amazon package with me that was USPS and not UPS. She offered to hand it to the postman when he gets there. I was hesitant but also didnt want to go to the post office. I gave it to thwlem September 21st, 2021. It was scanned and when in transit October 13th, 2021. Redicoulous. Worst UPS location ever. They probably looked inside the box and it wasnt something super valuable so they decided to ship it out.
