  Ariana is the best! Offered me sparkling water, tried on some of YSL’s best trending clothes, sunglasses, perfumes… had an awesome experience :)

  Had a very disappointing experience at the Americana store with an employee named Ariana. I purchased a purse directly from the store as a gift. A few days later, I decided to return it because I ended up giving a different gift instead. The purse was completely untouched and was still exactly as it had been packed when I purchased it. When I came in to make the return, Ariana told me that the purse was a “special order” and that she could not accept the return. I explained that I had not placed a special order—I purchased the purse directly from the store. I was told that it was the last one available and that the one I received was the display/showroom item. Ariana told me that they would keep the purse and submit a request to determine whether the return could be accepted, and that it would take approximately 7–10 days. Very rude costumer service.

  SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to make a return and the sales rep we encountered today had the most HORRIBLE attitude and AWFUL service. The bag we were returning was brand new and never used, in all its original packaging with the receipt, box, ribbons, dust bag, and shopping bag. But she claimed she couldn’t accept the bag for return because the bag looked like it was used because the tissue paper wasn’t stuffed inside the bag. LOL. Left Glendale and went directly to Rodeo and made the return without any issues. After telling the Rodeo sales rep about this AWFUL experience at Glendale, they apologized on their behalf. Get your act together Glendale YSL.
