  On Friday morning, my mortgage service provider inquired on the insurance renewal. I immediately emailed Melissa and she assigned Lorenzo to assist me. I was concerned that this would not be completed before the start of the weekend, but Lorenzo immediately identified what needed to be done and not only did he fix it, but he personally contacted the mortgage provider and sent me copies of all the documents. He was quick and wonderful. The AllState team is the best. I highly recommend it!!!

  I received help filing a liability claim. We have been with this Allstate agency for over 13 years. Nivia was very personal and attentive in advising us how to proceed. She checked back with us the next day to be sure everything was done properly and that we were satisfied. She handled everything as if we were family.

  Unfortunately I had to deal with this agency after the passing of my brother, who was a client. The staff was very understanding and helpful navigating the process for dealing with claims concerning his vehicle. I especially want to thank Isabella, who helped solve some issues that came up.

  I can't thank, Nivia F., enough when I called your office last 07/10/26 for her excellent customer service and professionalism. She took the time to check my MBenz auto policy which has to be amended because I purchased a 2026 Lexus RX 350. She answered my calls & followed-up promptly. I had to give her a credit, thus, this review because she was patient in explaining the transition or amend from old coverage to the new one without trying to upsell me. Needless to say, my Friday afternoon encounter with Nivia regarding the changes went smoothly and stress free. I have a high regard for Melissa Joaquin Aiden Agency (formerly Joaquin Insurance Agency), and I've been with them for many years now. The company can be trusted with my auto and home insurances.
