  Fax machine receipt stated 5/5 documents faxed, yet the fax number for the company that was the recipient said they only received 2 documents out of 5, meaning the Fedex fax machine at this location timed out even after I obtained a receipt. Would not use the fax machines at this location.

  I had an exceptional experience with the FedEx team in Glendale, California, especially with Andy. It was already 6:00 PM, and I was already in my truck when I realized I needed assistance. Andy didn’t hesitate to help. He went above and beyond to locate the envelope, and thanks to his dedication and willingness to help, we were able to scan the documents and successfully send the envelope back. That is what I call ROYAL service—truly going above and beyond the call of duty! Andy and the entire FedEx team, thank you for your outstanding customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help. Your kindness and extra effort made a real difference, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Andy, and the entire team! You are greatly appreciated.
