I’ve been using this FedEx location for a while, and unfortunately the experience is very inconsistent.
One of the employees seems completely confused when handling 2-Day shipments after the afternoon cutoff. Every time I bring in a package after around 4 PM, there’s hesitation and uncertainty about how to process it correctly, which ends up affecting delivery expectations. I’ve tried to be helpful, but the same issue keeps happening.
What’s more concerning is the attitude—some of the staff, especially the older employees, can come across as dismissive and rude instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally.
There are also other employees at this location who are knowledgeable and helpful, which makes the inconsistency even more noticeable.
I hope management provides better training and focuses on improving customer service, because this location has the potential to be much better.
People there are not so friendly, just the needed. But the place runs well, especially for FedEx shipments.

I had an outstanding experience at FedEx thanks to Art. He went above and beyond in every aspect—helping with shipping labels, copying, and printing—all while maintaining incredible speed and accuracy. What really stood out was his ability to manage a long line of customers without making anyone feel overlooked. He was constantly moving, handling multiple tasks at once, and still made sure each person received the attention they needed.
Art’s efficiency and work ethic are truly impressive. Even while juggling what felt like 10 customers at once, he stayed organized, professional, and friendly. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and multitasking done so well. FedEx is lucky to have someone like him representing their team.
P.S he should be manager training all the other employees to be like him.

I started off with a employee to ship and he couldn't much help me out, and once the manager his name is art saw the situation he jumped in and handled my case very proffesionaly took care of it very quick thanks much art! This are type of managers we need in retail stores i would definitely prefer employees learn from logic people like art thanks much!
