  Excellent customer service! There was a big line when I visited, but the employee still attended to me calmly and patiently. They explained all the drop-off and shipping options in detail and even helped me choose the best option to save money. It’s rare to find such an honest employee who genuinely thinks about the customer’s money and needs. I really appreciate the service and will definitely visit this UPS Store again and again. Highly recommended!

  Why do you need to use this location? In a word -Daniel. I found myself in Gilroy waiting for the dog at the groomer and had some items to send so I went to this location. I was welcomed and assisted by Daniel and done in less than half the time I usually spend at my city’s location. He gave me 100% of his attention and was indeed the brand.
