  I waited 2 days driver stated he attempted delivery untrue- no ticket and no alert Ring camera No real earnest attempt to rectify just excuses would not recommend

  Very hard to reach anyone in the office!! Their delivery is 3 days late and does not update online! Very unprofessional! I will actively avoid using FedEx from now on!

  Customer service at this FedEx location is among the worst I have experienced. While some staff members are courteous and professional, several employees have been consistently rude and dismissive. There should be customer service monitoring or recorded evaluations to ensure employees are meeting basic professionalism and customer service standards. Some staff members clearly lack the communication skills and attitude necessary for front counter customer service positions.
