  Placed an online order on Friday night 5/31 through the website and immediately saw a double charge. This is not this restaurants fault however, to avoid the headache I called and asked them to cancel my order. I was initially told there was no order under my name. I waited 10 min then called back and was told they still didn’t see it. They told me they would call me back in a few. No phone call in another 10 min so I called a 3rd time and was told the order finally came through but that she needed to leave a note for the manager to issue a refund because it couldn’t simply be cancelled. I called 3 days later because I still saw the charge and it was confirmed that the refund hadn’t even been initiated by a manager yet… glad I called since there is clearly no sense of urgency. Not sure if they were hoping I would just forget? Really unprofessional.
