  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been to this UPS Store location in Garden Grove several times, but today I wanted to recognize Kenny for his outstanding customer service. I was having trouble getting my phone connected to the internet, and Kenny was incredibly patient while I tried to log in and access the information I needed for my packages. Even though there were other customers coming in, he remained friendly, professional, and helpful the entire time. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate genuine customer service, and Kenny went above and beyond. He treated everyone with kindness, stayed positive, and made sure each customer was taken care of. Thank you, Kenny, for your patience and excellent service. I wish more businesses had employees like you. Highly recommend this UPS Store location, and I hope others can learn from the level of care and professionalism that Kenny provides. Keep up the great work!

  Kenny at the Promenade Garden Grove store,was very helpful— I needed copies made ( some of pictures I had) and then I needed to send a Fax with a confirmation of receipt. Kenny was very courteous explaining what he was doing and he informed me of any charges right up front. I am very grateful for All his help, as I am at a loss. Thank you Kenny very much.

  Jolie was exceptional.wish I could bottle her up and take her home lol. But really customer service is impeccable. My go to for all shipping needs keep up the great work guys and gals.
