  I ship hundreds of packages via USPS, UPS and FedEx daily. This UPS is by far my favorite to drop off packages. Every time, I stop by I am genuinely and friendly greated. The staff, and Sebastian in particular, is always polite, helpful and caring. Thumbs up 👍

  I had an unfortunate experience at the UPS Store recently while dealing with Phillip. I was disappointed with the service provided. Not only did he mishandle my shipment by leaving an old label, causing confusion and potential extra charges, but he also made inappropriate comments about my choices and called me 'cheap.' His unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service skills made the situation even more unpleasant. Additionally, I felt disrespected when he abruptly hung up on me during our conversation. Improving customer interactions and ensuring accurate handling of shipments are crucial for any service-oriented business. I hope the UPS Store takes steps to address these issues to provide a better experience for future customers."
