  Very disappointing. I order from this store every week, and lately every week it gets worse. They are always out of something that I order. This week I placed an order through their app and when I arrive at the store they're out of three separate things that the app allowed me to order. Things that should be a staple in their inventory, things like bottled soda and chocolate chip cookies. They've been out of a sauce now for three straight weeks. Why is it on your menu if you never have it? Hoping for new management or someone who actually cares about their product.

  My family and I went Saturday August 1 at 5:20pm The male working rolled his eyes as soon as he saw us. I said hello with a smile and no response. We were all very patient but it was obvious he was having a long day or just hates his job that much. Really wish he was wearing his name tag. He even had the courage to curse in front of my family and 3 other customers. Really hope the manager of this location goes over customer service lessons with this employee.

  Louis is the best! Always friendly, makes my sandwich exactly how I want it, and keeps the line moving. Genuinely one of the best people working at any Subway I’ve been to. Thank you!!!
