  I visit this subway in a weekly, and every time someone ask about the restroom, they are told it’s out of service. Normally, I just leave, but today I was dining with my four-year-old who really needed to use the restroom. Sadly, I heard the same answer again—it's out of service. This is simply unacceptable. I suspect they just don't want to bother cleaning it, which is why it's always unavailable. Not even for customers, or for a kid who can't hold it as an adult. Come on, this is ridiculous.
