  Great Manager/Great customer service. I was having trouble with my Cricket phone. I use to work with a cellphone company and knew how to load SIM cards but for some reason this phone wasn't accepting my New SIM. Frustrated I went to the Cricket store and the Manager Jose was happy to help. I explained my problem Jose took one look at the phone and said "open the app" and it literally took about 9 seconds after that, SIM was functional phone was ready to go. If you need an expert with cellphones go see Jose and tell him Allen sent you. Great service 👍🏼

  “I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics and Jatziri brought a couple options out for me, I don’t know much about phones but she was very good at explaining with details the differences. “
