  I came to complete my LiveScan and was helped by Manager Patel. There was no one in line so they got me started immediately. I was in and out in under 10 minutes (it might have been 5 minutes). The LiveScan cost $72.00 ($40 for Fingerprinting and $32 for Fingerprinting Gov't Fee). Would recommend.

  Outstanding customer service! I had a few different things I needed to take care of when I walked into this UPS Store, and even though they were extremely busy, the entire team was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Swati, who was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the services I was receiving. What impressed me most was that, despite how busy the store was, Swati and the rest of the team never made me feel rushed or overlooked. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure each customer received excellent service. Swati, thank you for making my experience so easy and pleasant! Your professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear that you care about your customers and take pride in providing great service. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this UPS Store and especially appreciate Swati and the entire team for their exceptional customer service!
