This is by far the worst FedEx location I’ve ever visited. While customers were waiting in line, two employees were busy arguing with each other instead of doing their jobs. To make it worse, one employee (a black woman) actually yelled at a customer to wait while they handled their own issue. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
When it was finally my turn, I brought in a return with a QR code that clearly states FedEx will print the label, pack, and ship the item. I was flat-out refused and told they “don’t pack” because they don’t want to be blamed if something is missing. That’s not only lazy—it’s incorrect.
I contacted the company that issued the QR code (Lululemon), and they confirmed FedEx is contracted to provide exactly this service. So either the staff doesn’t know their own job responsibilities or they simply don’t care.
This location is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly poorly managed. If you have any other option, avoid this place entirely. I will not be coming back, and I won’t be using FedEx again if I have a choice.
