  Diana at the Fullerton, California location provided outstanding customer service. I came in for a printing job and was having difficulty getting everything completed correctly. Diana stepped in right away, patiently assisted me, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Her willingness to go above and beyond made a big difference in my experience. Thank you, Diana, for your excellent service!

  Horrible experience here with a child of a assistant Manager. Apparently just assistant managers are just handed to any one at FedEx. This girl Linda has no exp in customer service kept mouthing me and talking back like a kindergarten we were going back and forth, she even faked called the cops on me making me look and sound like the crazy person for not having a physical id . I only had the new Apple virtual wallet id verify and confirmed through dmv and top it off already had a horrible experience with not receiving my package by delivery then forcefully did pick up at their location and worst mistake and exp ever. I got on the phone with FedEx support and took care of me right away said this type Of action is not expected working for FedEx that this will be taken care of. Who in the right mind even tells a customer with that attitude I’m not giving you your package. Never have I ever met an assistant manager that acted that way. I lie I actually have the one without training and no experience with customers After this I am Never using fed ex again esp not going into this one

  The store of my choice offers great customer service all staff members are helpful and will go that extra mile one of my favorite agents is Dianne she really loves what she’s doing and has helped me on many occasions Kudos to the store and entire staff.

  Use of this carrier is for the company had to come to this location to pick up merch for our office. Security to pick up was good as it should be. Store manager Wendy was unpleasant to speak to lacks in customer service not nice at all. Would not return.
