  Whoever is handling the to-go orders seriously needs customer service training. The way I was spoken to over the phone was unprofessional and came across as rude and confrontational. Customer service is a basic part of the job, and I hope Wingstop provides better training to ensure customers are treated with respect. On top of that, every employee I saw looked unhappy and miserable, which really affected the overall experience. A welcoming and positive attitude goes a long way in customer service.
