  Package was dropped off there on Friday and here it is Wednesday and the tracking says it is still sitting at their store. Tried calling and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back 3 times and no one ever answered. Find another store to ship your packages through, that puts a higher value on customer service. Called one final time before posting this. The girl that answered was rude and insisted that it was not her tracking number since it didnt start with a "1Z" after explaining that was the number provided at drop off, she finally decided to look it up. Low and behold, it was as I stated. She informed me that there was no such package at her office and to call customer service, who could give me the real status. I called UPS customer service and they stated it is still at the store. Now going through the claims process to have them find it. Will be filing a complaint with UPS regarding this store as well.

  I have my packages dropped here since most require signatures upon delivery. Even with a line they get people in and out. Workers are friendly and helpful

  The worst customer service. My package with several thousand dollars in checks and financial documents was shipped 2 day shipping on Tuesday the 19th. My daughter paid over $60 for 2 day shipping. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When I called today the girl asked if I could hold for a "brief" moment. I said sure. She left me on hold for 6 minutes so I hung up and called back twice and she didn't answer. I waited and called back a third time she answered and couldn't give me any information on my missing package. She also said 2 day shipping doesn't mean 2 day shipping but yet they still let my daughter pay that $60 postage. My package has been sitting in Kentucky, for 3 days now and she couldn't find a phone number for me to even call them myself. Will never use this location again

  This store is my to go store, very close to my place and most of the staff are always friendly and professional. Until lately, there is one comparable older lady with black shoulder-length hair maybe? was so rude and unprofessional. Without greeting like “hi” or “bye”, she even touched my phone straightly without asking me to get the QR code, after scanning, she just tossed me the receipt without looking at me or talking to me at all. I’m wondering is she the daughter of the store owner or something, unless I don’t get why these kind of people can be hired in this store based on their good reputation of customer service.
