  The two ladies in the office are always friendly and willing to help. That alone is important to the elderly! I also made it home in that terrible traffic, thanks again for your help!

  I was very disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store location. They charged me $6.60 for printing just one black-and-white sheet of paper, which is completely unreasonable and overpriced. It was only a simple single-page print, yet the cost was extremely high for such a basic service. The service itself was average, but the pricing was unfair. I would not recommend this place for simple printing needs.

  Being 80+ years old, I've found the employees always so helpful with anything presented to them. They're friendly, fast and efficient! The store is bright, well stocked, with everything clearly presented. The ladies have never failed to help me with anything technically needed! Definitely, my kind of store.

  The employee, Chasity at the shaw office left a great impression! I always enjoy having to come in here because there's never really lines and even when there is they move fast. But today Chastity was exceptionally funny, and pleasant to do business with. Kept the line moving and answer my questions quickly and respectfully even though they might have been excessive questions! She did it with a smile on her face and I didn't feel like I was bothering her at all. Awesome employee I really enjoy coming to this location and all the employees have dealt have been pretty good. Keep up the good work Chasity!
