  The UPS store on Bullard and West is always well staffed with helpful and friendly associates. I frequent there often and have always been greeted and thanked for my visit, no matter how small of an amount I spent.

  Called this location to see if they had a fingerprint scanner, employee said no and referred me to Herndon and 99 location. Went to that location and they didn’t have a fingerprint kiosk. They referred me to the Bullard store. I went to the Bullard location who I had originally contacted. They had the kiosk but no one there knew how to use it. The employee at the Bullard store referred me to Clovis location. I called Clovis/Sunnyside location and they did not have one. An employee at Sunnyside location named Alfonso, took my number and called around to find a location that offered fingerprinting. Alfonso called me back within 10 minutes with the information. Too bad no one at these other locations offered to do that for me. Not satisfied with the customer service I received.
