The girl with the pink glasses and the curled blonde hair was so sweet and helpful even though I was returning like a billion packages, thank you so much!

Not everyone working a job that involves customer service are kind. However, Kayla at the N 1st St store was super helpful, kind and held a nice conversation with me as I returned my items.

We had a last minute amazon return where the piston assembly wouldnt fit with the parts of the chair in the box, thought we would have to pay for a bigger box but Chloe was able to repackage everything in the box, they're awesome!

I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store! I stopped by to drop off a package, and Melanie helped me out. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always nice to have such a positive experience when running a simple errand. I really appreciate her great customer service and will definitely be coming back to this location!
