  Very friendly helpful employees, we ship things regularly and all or most of the employees are very helpful! Tom is the best driver UPS has nationwide! Great dude! Ship ups, great option, great customer service.

  Staff is always friendly and professional. I return packages here often and every visit is quick and easy. They greet customers, answer questions, and make the return process smooth. Their customer service is the main reason I keep coming back

  I don’t know who delivers packages out on Annandale East Annandale but the UPS man throws the packages over. There’s a box there great big one green that tells you who is for UPS Federal Express and post office. I guess they don’t teach them to read cause he never puts it in there now we had a large package delivered and they leave it out by the front gate and put that they delivered it to our front door which was a lie the people that live in that house are over 80 years old now you tell me how they’re gonna get that package to their house I know UPS really cares very disappointed

  This is a brand new UPS store and every time I go in I am helped quickly and I was also taught how to pack it myself. When I can't print a label from home, they are so kind and help me through it and they even tell me how I can get my $5 back from Amazon because I had to print it at the UPS store!
