Got the wrong sandwich but the girl working the night shift was so sweet and re made our sandwich.
I ordered at this place. I ordered a Footlong with bacon, the bacon was RAW. Then a second time i ordered from the wrong place and i called and no answer. My mother went to go cancel it and the worker told my mother no?.... Just Bad service.

So I placed an order approximately $62 worth of food, and my son is allergic to meetings.And they put Mayonnaise on his sandwich.I had a family member pick up the order.And I had placed the order online and yes, the receipt reflects the same request.And then, when I tried to call back, it goes to voicemail automatically, it's really upsetting, I can't believe that I couldn't even try to resolve it.And i'm definitely not going to drive all the way back over there

I was in here late Thursday and bought 3 footlongs with extra meat for my daughters cold cut and 2 extra scoops of tuna for the 2 other footlongs and I was hoping to get my 4th footlong free soon and when I asked about the rewards number or the promotion for the 4th she said you already paid you don’t get the promotional deal. So I asked for my receipt to add points later and she said it doesn’t work that way, I paid and it works if you add it before purchasing! I was so annoyed and angry I paid $55 for her not having customer service skills!!
