  There was an option to get chips so i chose chips and 2 cookies, and I couldn’t get my chips but in the app it was an option to get chips? terrible place never coming back, even the Indian lady was rude what a waste of time.

  Worst subway I’ve ever been too, they purposely skimp the orders. They will take a slice of cheese and cut it in half and call that 2 slices. I wouldn’t be surprised if they weigh each meatball and trim the heavier ones.

  Went to this Subway location and had a really frustrating experience. I tried to order a personal pizza with rotisserie chicken, which I’ve done at other Subways before. The employee (Pam) started making it, then told me it wasn’t allowed and removed the chicken. After I said I didn’t want it anymore, they suddenly said it was possible—but then tried to pressure me into buying it because the pizza was already opened. On top of that, the employees kept speaking to each other in another language instead of clearly communicating with me, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I paid for just a sandwich, I was completely ignored when trying to help with the transaction. Overall, very inconsistent, uncomfortable, and poor customer service. Definitely needs better communication and training.

  manager sidhu was very nice and polite she handeled 3 customers while i was there but she was very professional mantain the best service level .my experience is getting better since she took the charge.
