I visited your location to pick up an online order. I waited in line until it was my turn and then informed the employee that I had an online order. A manager (a man) told me that next time I needed to get in line, even though I was already waiting in line. When I explained this, he simply responded, “Oh, okay,” and did not acknowledge the misunderstanding or apologize for the way he spoke to me. I understand mistakes happen, but I felt the interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. I would appreciate employees, especially managers, treating customers with more courtesy and respect.
Absolutely love coming here.They made my subs as I ordered.Fresh crispy veggies and soft bread. Quick customer service and friendly staff.Highly recommended place

A girl didnt use gloves and she make a sandwich for me and what shocked me alof is owner is standing next to her restroom condition like omg they had two restrooms but they locked one may for there own use and people were standing for their turn

These people are horrible. While trying to order a sandwich a lady and maybe 3 year old came in to use the restroom. Both of which were well groomed. They denied the baby to use the restroom and she ended up having an accident. Horrible!!!!!

Ordered a buy a footlong get one for $1 through the app and midway into processing my order through Apple Pay, the app removed the coupon and charged me full price.
I called the store to cancel the order so I can place a new one, but they said they can’t cancel anything on their end. I called Subway support, they divert you to the website. I go to the website, they divert to a chatbot. The chatbot takes information and says they will email you, and they don’t email you. The app diverts you tot he website.
By the way, the Subway website says you should be able to cancel the order at the store.
Insanely horrible runaround service, and a catalyst for Subway being run into the ground by competitors and laughable service.
