Two times in a row, two different employees, while making a sandwich, sneezed on my sandwich. I know it was not intentional, but there has to be a standard when using black pepper: try not to sprinkle it from so far away that you sneeze on a customer's sandwich.
Now, an employee might say she sneezed away from it, but what they don't understand is the logic of how a sneeze creates an aerosol—this is how COVID was spread, and how your mucus droplets can land on the food. So, learn to sprinkle black pepper and not breathe in so close to it; it's a training issue.
Also, if you do sneeze, it goes without saying that it becomes your job to throw away the sandwich, remake it after washing your hands and the apparatus used, and throw away all nearby food that was used.
I have never seen this issue anywhere else; it just recently happened with both ladies. Their customer service is good, but they lack training in hygiene.
