  second time I have ordered from this location in the past month and I place my order online with all the correct customization and they give me something different both times they added a teriyaki sauce to my sandwich and the wrong cheese when nowhere on the order states I added it.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway today. I was there with my boyfriend, and everything seemed normal while customers ahead of me ordered their sandwiches and paid afterward. I was the last person in line, and after ordering, we sat down to eat inside. While we were eating, a Black man came in to order a sandwich. The employee immediately told him he had to pay first and asked what he wanted on his sandwich so she could charge him before making it. This stood out because I had just watched every other customer, including myself, order first and pay afterward. The customer asked if this was something they did with everyone, but due to a language barrier, the employee kept repeating that he had to pay first instead of answering his question. He became frustrated because he felt he was being discriminated, and he left upset. I cannot speak to the employee’s intentions, but from what I personally witnessed, he was treated differently than the customers before him. Every customer should be treated with the same respect and have the same policies applied to them. This interaction was uncomfortable to witness and left me disappointed with this location
