  These bad reviews about bad customer service date back to 7+ years ago. Safe to say the customer service here still SUCKS LOL. I went in around 4:25 PM, wanting to get a sandwich before work, only one worker there. He looked so miserable putting together an online order, just slowly assembling the sandwich. He didn't greet us nor did he even take our order. I mean he saw us but he stared and went back to the slow pacing of making the online order. We were there for a good 5-10 mins. I’ve worked customer service so I understand, maybe he wanted to finish up with the sandwich he was making at the moment, so we let him. After he was done wrapping it, he came from behind the counter to grab a bag of chips and started on ANOTHER online order. I understand he was trying to finish the online order, but there was just the two of us wanting one sandwich. He did not care one bit that we were there waiting patiently. We waited a little bit longer with hopes that he would attend to us but nope he continued looking miserable making a sandwich at the place he CHOSE to work at. I’ve never experienced, nor have I ever given customers service this bad, no matter how bad my days going. I’ve literally never left a review before, so yeah… the customer service was so sh!tty that I had to make my first one LOL! These bad reviews mentions one male worker here with sh!tty customer service, seems like he’s still there behind that counter being miserable. Safe to say, DO NOT waste your money at this subway location. With service this sh!tty it does not deserve to be up still, nor does it deserve your money. A miserable, incompetent worker with shitty customer service does NOT deserve to be paid. Miserable people will forever be miserable. Let him stay miserable behind that small counter!

  Been here twice now haven’t enjoyed their service and I was also randomly charged a tip when I was told the total was one price but the amount on the card reader was different. When I inquired about it the lady had a very standoffish attitude. Not happy with the service or the overcharge.

  A little dated feeling. I had to wait 4 min with no one ahead of me because counter traffic is not a priority to online orders. Only 2 people working and there were several online orders. One of the workers was grouchy because of the busy ness.

  They didn’t accept app coupons even though their location is marked as a participating location then she Basically shooed me away when I brought up how they should honor it technically. The coupon said valid in store. She claimed the owner said not to honor the app coupons as all. They should remove their participation if you don’t want to honor it. Do not bait and switch customers!
