  I’ve been a customer at this Subway for the past 1.5 years, and I can honestly say that Pooja and Mario are a big reason I continue coming back. There are other Subway locations closer to me, but I specifically choose to come to this location because of how welcomed and appreciated they make me feel every time I visit. They are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The restaurant is consistently clean and well maintained, and you can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Pooja and Mario always greet customers with a positive attitude and make the experience feel personal and comfortable. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, their kindness really stands out. Thank you both for always making me feel welcome! I truly appreciate everything you do and will continue choosing this location even when there are closer options. You both are amazing! 💚🥪✨

  I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. I specifically requested that the knife be properly cleaned before being used, as I am vegetarian. Unfortunately, the staff member, Pooja, responded very rudely and treated me in an extremely unprofessional manner. I was also very concerned about the hygiene standards, as my request regarding cleanliness was not handled seriously. Customer service and hygiene are both extremely important, especially when it comes to food. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and based on how I was treated, I do not feel comfortable visiting this Subway location again.
