  Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money. Unless you like being yelled and screamed at by Frank salvio himself. All they have to offer is rudeness, unprofessionalism, and rates that meet the sky. Run for the hills and as far away from this place as possible! Edit : they also alter your insurance policy WITHOUT your consent/permission/authorization. For 5 years my husband and i have been with this office through allstate and for five years we have both been on the policy, well I learned today, as Frank screamed at me, my husband was "never" on our policy. So how do you explain the many and multiple insurance cards WITH HIS NAME ON IT along with mine??? What do I know. In Frank's own words, I'm useless.

  I was shopping around for auto insurance prices and this place debited my account without my approval. I specifically said that I was shopping around and did not authorize them to start an auto policy. I then realized that they debited my account and called them immediately. They said that it would take a few days to credit my bank account. I waited a few days and saw no refund. I then called the office and the said it would be back in my account by the next day. Then it still wasn't there. I called again and again leaving messages. I then was able to contact them by phone and again stated it should be in my account by the latest on Monday. Today is now Thursday and still no return. I took time off work and personally went to their office to get some honest answers. The front office staff named Beverly informs me that she now needs me to show her proof of insurance before the refund could be processed. I was beyond upset of this runaround! I went to my vehicle brought in my proof of insurance and asked how much longer for my refund?? At this time Frank Salvio came out personally to inform me that the refund was still being processed. I expressed my discontent and he just said that I would have to continue to wait. I inquired on the timeframe and he replied that he wasn't certain because it was "a process." What a nightmare of a "process" this has been. The front office staff (Beverly) admitted she was new and was unsure of this "process." So now I have to wait another 4 days for a refund of a policy I never approved. If you're looking for auto insurance I would never recommend this place......very poor customer service.
