Quick in and out
Rating: 1 Star
Severe customer service failure, hostile staff conduct, and a retaliatory refusal of a completed sale. I went in to retrieve a pre-submitted FedEx Print & Go label. While working through a routine technical question with the clerk, a second employee abruptly injected herself into the interaction, projected hostility, and openly labeled me "a problem" to her coworker.
This unprovoked interference completely escalated the room. The first clerk then openly badgered me, repeatedly telling me to my face that "you were like this last time" over a past visit that didn't even involve her. My document was already printed by the machine and sitting in the tray, ready for payment and handoff. Instead of completing the sale, she abandoned the print job, refused to let me pay, and halted service.
Even after I immediately apologized to de-escalate and finish the pickup, she explicitly stated she did not care about the apology and refused to release the document. Rather than stepping in to resolve the issue like a professional, the second employee backed the retaliation and ordered me to leave without my paperwork. A formal case has been escalated to FedEx Corporate Customer Relations for review.

This place is always VERY HELPFUL and friendly. They actually remember the little things about each customer and that's very much appreciate.

I ordered a laminated study booklet online and, when I picked it up, the employee with false eyelashes rushed me through the pickup and didn’t really give me a chance to look through everything. I checked it in my car and noticed that the bottom of one page had glitched and printed incorrectly.
I called because I simply wanted that one page reprinted. Instead, she became argumentative and kept saying things like, “Come in and I’ll show you how you submitted it,” and repeatedly insisted that I had submitted the file incorrectly and that FedEx only prints what they receive.
I kept trying to explain that my original file looked completely fine on my end, so if something became corrupted during uploading or processing, that was all I meant. I wasn’t blaming her or accusing anyone of anything. I just wanted the incorrectly printed page replaced. There was no reason for her to keep arguing with me about whose fault it was or repeatedly accuse me of submitting it wrong.
When I went back, she was gone and another employee helped me without any issue. I appreciated the second employee’s help. My complaint is really about how unnecessarily rude and confrontational the first employee was over what should have been a very simple reprint request.
