  Horrible delivery service delivery driver didn’t follow delivery instructions. Have everything recorded from my surveillance cameras. He parked in middle of the street walked up to drivewa from sidewalk . Threw package in driveway from sidewalk. Didn’t even try to enter property both of my gates are unlocked.I watched him deliver package live on camera.Random person walked up stolen package. Also he lied said package was signed for not true. That means he forged my signature which is against the law. He also taken picture showing proof of package in driveway close to sidewalk. I also have a note on my mail box. Stating place all packages in brown gate. Mail box is located on front of brown gate I don’t understand why he didn’t follow delivery instructions & he lied said package was signed. Surveillance shows no one outside w/ him or signing. It shows him parked in middle of the street. Walking to sidewalk showed package in driveway. Walking back to his DHL van sat there for 10 seconds proceed to drive off. Everything happened so fast. Someone stolen package so fast. I contact seller to let them know what had happened. UPS & USPS always enter property & follow instructions.

  Needed to ship some important personal docs to Mexico. They got there in two days! No border issues. Very happy!! Customer service is attentive and informative. Would definitely use this service again.
