  My mom went in first thing in the morning the gentleman that was in almost immediately turned her away and said they didn’t have any phones available?? She basically had to beg for him to help her because she really needed a new phone. After he helped her he was being dismissive & didn’t help her transfer anything over to her new phone. I didn’t get his name but he was an overweight Caucasian gentleman. Horrible service, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  Because I need to give a star if not id rate it 0 horrible service they are only after you money if your an elder and need help they will turn you down wont even pay attention

  Hoy fui con mi esposo a ser el pago de cada mes de la línea eran como a las 3 pm, estaba una mujer, y no estaba ocupada estuvimos esperando como 10 minutos y nos atendía, ni siquiera nos dijo ya los atiendo , o que esperáramos un momento, ya no regreso allí
