  This is by far the best UPS Store I’ve been to. Even when it’s incredibly busy and the line is out the door, the owner is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind to every customer. He never seems rushed and always takes the time to provide excellent service with a smile. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Every visit is a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

  This is the best UPS store. Fast, excellent, caring customer service. The owner rushed out when he saw a disabled customer trying to get out of her car.

  I am honestly shocked to read that anyone has had any less than a 5-star experience here. I’ve been coming to this UPS location for a long time and have never witnessed anything but friendly, accommodating customer service. I have come when it’s been slow and when it’s been busy, during the week, and on the weekend, evenings, mornings, and it has always ALWAYS a pleasant experience. I ship here, I do Amazon returns, I have used their passport photo services, and their Livescan services.

  Amazing place the owner goes above and beyond to help customers I just saw him trying to help an old couple do their Amazon returns. He went out of his way to really understand what they were trying to do. Explain to them what they were doing and in the process try to save them by money he could’ve sold him an extra box, but he chose not to instead, he asked them to use their existing box and somehow figured it out. Who does that, not in this day and age. I would definitely recommend people coming here. Amazing Customer Service.
