  I am going there for years.. always staff have been so nice and cheerful, the lady there, and couple other boys who are usually there all are so nice but now there is a senior age man ( looks like south asian) last few times… he is so rude and full of attitude. Looks like he doesn’t like his job and used to work as a high rank officer somewhere, gave me a a whole bunch of lecture how to properly pack a return box. I am not going back there everytime I see that man on counter, we don’t have time for lectures just wanted to get our drop off done man !!!!! 😡😡

  They’ll charge you double than what you saw on their website. I sent an envelope of documents for less than 0.2 lbs at the store for 2nd day air shipment. They asked for $52 in store. But their website said only $26. Unbelievable!
