  Very disappointing. Overpriced, plain and simple. $0.55 for one black and white page is ridiculous. Won't be back for printing.

  This store charges very high for printing and the customer service is very rude.. I would suggest not going here. They charge 0.55 cents for black and white copies and .75 cents for color copies.

  Came in at 4 on a Wednesday, guy at the front was incapable of multitasking. Brought 3 cases and printed prepaid labels. He started 5 different tasks without finishing any of them while trying to help the 4 people that came in after us simultaneously. Manager was without uniform sitting on a computer, guy at the front walked over and asked him for help 3 times before he finally walked up to the front just to tell us “yeah you can tape those labels on your packages” and walked away immediately. Didn’t cash us out for the tape and went back to his computer and glared at us, sarcastically hollering “or we can repackage them up for you guys and you can pay of alla that” Just used the tape to tape the labels on and then paid for it with the packaging, incompetent workers and a lazy and sarcastic manager. Not to mention packages everywhere on the floor that made traversing to the counter nearly impossible. Go literally anywhere else.

  Mr. Manu helped us today at The UPS Store in The Hub. He was very nice, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. We really appreciate his great customer service! Thank you
