I use international buble bags /pouches supplied by UPS free of cost to international shipping 1-2 days service to Canada many times a month. Each time I went to this particular store they refuse to give that. I thought may they were temoprarilty out, but when I asked the reason one of the employee told me that they dont give it for a reason that they want to sell thier own stationary with bubble bag. I had no choice but to buy for extra money. I would never go back to them.

My package was delayed, I received poor communication the entire time, and I had to constantly chase people just to get the most basic updates. Nobody seemed to care about the stress, inconvenience, or wasted time this caused me. The owner handled the situation very poorly and came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility and showing genuine concern, I was given excuses and brushed off. The entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I expected far better customer service, accountability, and professionalism than what I received here. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this location.
