Failure to follow through with what people wanted for subs when requesting food. They didn’t understand the English Language very well and when requesting a soda they should have ROOT BEER bottles when they have it in their machines in the first place!

We ordered online using app and pick up order for Fremont hub location. When we reached they said they never received order due to network issues. We were charged already in app but they don’t care. Just clearly said they can’t generate receipts so can’t make sandwich. Such a bad experience paid but no food served. This location is just bad. Save yourself.
